Refund policy
This store does not provide refunds for orders, and all sales are considered final. However, in the event that a customer's order may arrive damaged due to its own packaging error or is misprinted, we will do our best to work with the customer to see that they receive the product they initially ordered. Detailed photos of the package and product condition will be required. Additional shipping costs may occur during this process, and it may be up to the customer to cover said charges depending on the situation. This process will take 2-4 weeks depending on the problem and type of solution.
This store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages damaged by the selected shipping carrier. It will be the customer's responsibility to file any claims with the USPS to recover their packages. It is suggested if you live in a high risk area that you upgrade your package to Priority Shipping and/or select signature confirmation for your order for extra security.
